I wouldn't say it's wrong to speak to multiple daddies at once. You've got to test the waters and find out who's right for you, right?
Which leads to the second point: do what is right for YOU. If how you are is not to a daddy's liking, then maybe you two aren't a good match. Don't necessarily bend who you are just to fit some particular daddy; while compromise is part of any relationship that gets to a certain level, you are who you are. If a fundamental part of how you like being an adult baby/little does not work for them, then tough.
