They do know i wear them but they think it's for medical reasons, they don't know anything else about our lifestyle, which is for the better because I think they would be shocked!
If my Daddy has his way, then yes it probably will be more often when sleeping.
He says that diapers are for going in whether it's day or night and babies never get changed right away...
