The more things you get used to doing no matter what the state of your diapers the better.(Do his parents know you wear diapers?)
I expect sleeping face down means the mess in your diapers makes less difference,so even less excuse not to get comfortable with doing it that way.Do you think it will wind up being usual for you to sleep messy?
