It sounds like this Daddy wants a committed relationship. He's entitled to feel that way, as anyone is entitled to their own emotions. Maybe he feels more serious about you than you are about him. It sounds, to me, that you are 'testing the waters', and figuring out what you want, rather than settling down with one Daddy. Once again, that's fine, but I think you may want to discuss this with the uncomfortable Daddy: get it all out into the open, and see what he says. Maybe you're not quite ready for the commitment he's asking for, and he'll give you some time to decide. Maybe you're a partying baby :) and you two just won't work out.
It sounds like you do sexual things with all your Daddies, which the jealous Daddy may not like because it may feel like promiscuity to him. If I had a boyfriend/Daddy, I wouldn't want him to flirt with other girls unless we had already agreed on an open/polyamorous relationship. Of course, that doesn't apply to everyone, but it's just a guess.
As for the two who do not like you being 'babyish', I wonder what that means, exactly. Do you mean baby talk/babble? It can be a bit difficult to read... Here is a moment of indecision for me. Normally, I'd say 'be true to yourself, no matter what', but it's true that one does have to make compromises with any relationship--this may be one of the compromises you have to make. However, if it means a lot to you to act babyish in the manner of which you are speaking, then you need to explain to the two Daddies that are uncomfortable, that this is something that must stay, take it or leave it.
