Ok, if you don't want real diapers for some reason, here's a little tip I used to use on my little baby (this may be confusing but bare with me):
First, wrap toilet paper around the waist 3 times, then bring it between your legs and up on the same side as you were wrapping it before. Then do the same but do it on the opposite side as before. This will cause you to start wrapping it the other way. Do the same as before (same side, then opposite side.) and then wrap the toilet paper around the waist a couple of times to make it stay on the baby (which is someone else or you, obviously). After that, tear the paper and put it just under the waist or, better still, pin it. Then use Kitchen Hand towels/Kitchen tissue paper tucked from the waist, between the legs and tucked in at the back. Do this 5 or 6 times and Voila! A noisy diaper!
P.S, it can hold poop but pee leaks quite a lot. I reccomend using cling film as plastic panties. Also note that you could put cotton wool into the diapers to increase their absorbency. Finally, take note that this entire process takes a long time and should not be attempted by little babies who want a change (in more ways than one).
