I have to agree on the not-liking baby-talk. I recently got into a dating/sexual relationship with a friend who has had bad experiences w/men in general in her life and also who has infantilism fantasies and I love letting her be herself when the moment strikes her.
We are sexual and we are dating and most in our lives don't know what goes on behind closed doors because she's afraid of what they'd think/say. But she occasionally slips into what I'd call toddler speech but not baby-talk.
I encourage all of her other desires/wants/needs etc and if she wants to slip into baby-talk she's free to though it doesn't usually happen.
