I'd try to make you feel a little better first, because having an accident can be upsetting (not knowing you did it on purpose). Then I'd try to explain that it would be best to wear a diaper for the time being, so it won't feel so nasty when you wet yourself.
Even if I found out you did it on purpose, I would probably still put you in a diaper. I just wouldn't be able to deny my little girl something that makes her so happy.
I'd still try to sound a little upset about it though. Else you'd never learn.
