I wear a size 1-3 in jeans - it depends who makes them. Size 6 are the largest pampers/huggies etc you can buy. They don't quite fasten on me if diapers - the pullups would rip if I tried to pull 'em up. Goodnites size XL fit just fine and have cute girlie patterns on them. They're not too bulky and feel like lightly padded panties so it's a nice way to introduce someone to the idea. Good luck, I hope she decides to give it a whirl and finds it fun.
