Obviously, you'll have to ask your Daddy why exactly he wants you to wear spreader pants, particularly when you're "obedient." As said, there are countless reasons I can think of, some of which include:
1. You're not "obedient" in his eyes, and the pants are to punish you
2. The spreader pants aren't for punishment but amuse or arouse him
3. Because he wants to demonstrate his authority and / or power
4. Perhaps he's testing your limits or your submissiveness or your obedience
5. Could be in his kink fantasies that little girls are supposed to wear spreader pants
6. Perhaps he wants to add spice to your kinky life with a new toy
7. Or perhaps the best reason of all -- because he can
Years ago, I had a submissive who constantly questioned me. She would say things like, "I don't understand why you're doing that?" and, "It doesn't seem like you have a reason for doing that to me." and, "I'm not aroused when you do that."
Of course, I had plenty of reasons why I did certain things to her, however I decided it wasn't necessary that she understand those reasons, nor even necessary that I tell her my reasons, nor necessary that she be aroused by the things I did to her. She disagreed. Was a big reason why she's no longer my submissive. LOL
Which isn't to say that she was a bad submissive nor that questioning one's Daddy / Dom makes one a bad submissive. Just bad for me. She had an overwhelming need to understand my motives and to verbalize that, and when she did, I had an overwhelming need to tape a pacifier into her insolent mouth. Different strokes for different folks I suppose.
So the question is: must you understand your Daddy's motives?
