Yeah i like the idea of naughty steps too...but personally i'd take it a little further. For example, standing in the corner with your hands on your head....for a set period of time.
If it was my lg i'd make her do it naked...and maybe near a window so there's a chance she might be seen by others (although i can understand how that may not appeal to everyone). Also, u say he doesn't like spanking...so i'm guessing he wouldn't like using a cane either but it might be a good idea if he has one to act as a deterrent...kinda like an ultimate punishment. It doesn't have to be used...but u know it exists.
For example, a good idea might be to make u stand in the corner, holding the cane at arms length for five mins.
Suffice to that the above should not be used willy-nilly......it be part of a nurturing relationship in which u feel loved. I'm more of a Daddy Dom than anything else so i don't feel qualified to comment on the rest of your regime...but i hope this helps.
