they say (doctors, shrinks etc) that a lot of your sexual desires can be related back to experiences you have when you are very young. i remember reading somewhere about someone who was spanked by his mother, put over her knee when she had a plasic apron on.. as an adult that person had a major plastic fetish..
with this in mind it is understandable that diaper related play is a turn on for adults.. if you break any sexual feelings down they turn you on because they are in someway forbidden.. someone seeing/touching your naked body is a turn on because you're brought up with having private places on your body.. the simply missionary position of a man entering a woman is erotic because he is penetrating her most intimate place..
