On the note of "years of experience". That's not always a plus. There are many LGs who are young (late teens-twenties) who don't want a Daddy who is in their 30s or older. Not to say they aren't any good and also not to say that there aren't younger women who do want an older man. However, don't beat yourself up just because you're young. There are going to be up and coming little girls who will want someone around their age.
