That's part of it. You are very correct that there are a number of abuse victims that also identify as Adult Baby, or Little Girl. A few girls I knew were such a case, and they used AB as a means of returning to a calm state, or a state of positive attention seeking behavior that only goes negative when attention is not given. Sex would only interrupt that.
The other part of the non-sexual coin, dives down to the mentality of the girl while in the role. Do they feel like they are in fact childlike, or are they an adult, who merely likes to pretend to be childlike.
The first example is one of the most common that I've seen or heard of within the community, that there was no instance of the abuse, but they like to function in a child-like play role for a variety of reasons. And because its child-like, it would be like doing something wrong to a child.
The other identity is one that tends to blur the sex line, and often can be found in girls that are both exclusively non-sexual and girls that are exclusively sexual. But it all depends on the girl in question.
The truth is, there are probably distributively equal amounts of women who are interested in sex as those who are not. There is however an unequal distribution to males who are interested in sex, and those who are not.
Again, just my thoughts on the matter.
Feel free to agree or disagree.
