Whether it's before you get to sleep or in the middle of the night,I think it helps if you're not doing it only when you're getting up in the morning.If you want to become a girl who needs her diapers because she wets in her sleep,waking up in wet diapers helps that (even if they were really wet deliberately the previous night or when waking in the middle).And if you drink (bottle or not) in the hours before going to bed,without using a toilet,you will build more need to wet.
And if the urge to wet wakes you up,remind yourself,convince yourself,that it can't be resisted and there's no point in trying.Let go.And slowly it will stop waking you and you will wet without conscious effort.
