A - you asked how it has worked out having a "caution" word without breaking character - it's been really successful and it's meant that I've never had to break role and I've never had to use the stop safeword. I don't use it to get out of spankings, only if they are beginning to really hurt way too much. Of course often I don't even have to use the word as daddy will respond to my body language but it's been very useful as a benchmark for pushing limits without going too far.
