Well,a year is certainly achievable for just about any woman who's committed to losing control,I expect.But it's staying uncontrolled for years that helps you achieve the permanence you've now demonstrated to yourself,as the muscles go from unused to unusable.
You would never have gotten as far as you have without sincere committment,and with that committment I'm sure you can keep going further.
