I see no reason to assume a fixed ratio between real age and role age.(Some like to give their age in years as their role age in months,for that matter).
I don't want to assume a woman in her 20s HAS to play a 2-year-old,and one in her 30s HAS to play a 3-year-old...ideally I'd like to get her comfortable in the role age circa 10-12 months and use that for all play as long as we can!
