I believe the OP is asking people to email him in order to receive his "comprehensive and fun training regime"...not sure whether he means "tuition" in the sense of "fees" or "instruction",so he might even be asking people to pay him for it.
Rewards and punishments are fine,but if you are rewarding potty training and punishing diaper use,you are basically encouraging the girl OUT of diaper use.I would rather have rules forbidding the girl to act as if she were not diaper dependent,or otherwise behaving as if older than a certain age.Training should reinforce being an ABgirl rather than undermine it.
