I've never been read a story, but it's something I'm sure I'd enjoy.
I'd probably like anything with my favorite characters (Care Bears, Rainbow Brite, My Little Pony,) and I really enjoy books by Dr. Seuss, and the Paper Bag Princess.
I actually have a small collection of Childrens books that my grama just gave back to me, I've had them since I was 3 or 4. I did have every Dr. Seuss book when I was younger, but they were passed down to my brother, and he ruined them all, so they ended up in the trash.
My mom tried telling me to give the books I just got to my sister, and I flat out refused. They're all mine, although I do occasionally read her one. :)
I also LOVE Christmas stories, even if it isn't christmas time. And typical fairytales, like The Princess & The Pea, Jack & the Beanstalk, etc...
