I would say something that breaths well and will be comfortable for her. Maybe Attends Extended Wear. I really like them for when it's hot out. They are pretty absorbent and they are cloth-backed so they breath. If it's a June wedding, they'll be outside taking pics in the sweltering heat...ugh, I don't envy her. :P~
