Find it more fun to make stuff up as i go... cant really think of any games per say... depends on the girl, being 6-8 would think more intelligent and thought out games, even stuff you have to buy, would be more interesting than simple little kiddie games. best is to find something just fun for both of you to use more to break the ice, even if its just playing UNO.. until you get used to eachother more. Even talking a lot on line, usually get more tension when RL meet happens, at least in my experience.
As far as sexual, that really is funnest to use your imagination on.. stuff that fits the situation, and the people... not the same type work for everyone.. depends how people 'get off' and size/weights and stuff... I like stuff like.. how many knee bounce/rubs before orgasm in my wet diaper, but since I'm very petite that might be easier for me, Dad can get tired sometimes... but anybody I've done stuff with, wasn't ever quickly... I get to know people first.
