I don't know why anyone would have trouble sitting down (one gal of my online acquaintance had to actually sit on a toilet in her diapers to get herself to wet them the first time,then did it sitting on her bed,before being able to do it lying in bed,and finally in her sleep).
As with so many things I'm sure practice makes perfect.
