Uck,no,nothing religious or political.(I'm a Democrat and firmly secular though not atheist).
I'm thinking more the cute sugar-and-spice-and-everything-nice look (Carebears better than Bratz).A kind of unworldly innocence that might fit the training pants she's secretly wearing.
