From your post, it appears that your greatest concern is her need to be treated as a toddler during sexual playtime.
Your needs on the other hand call for your partner to be an older teenager. That dilemma can be a true formula for disaster.
All of the baby girls who I've become close to, have a very defined age with specific little girl props when their sexuality is exclusively at an infantile level.
For instance, one baby girl I'm very close to enjoys sex the most when she's pinned into a thick cloth diaper specially made to allow penetration.
Or another baby girl who needs to be seen in diapers and humiliated as a five year old for still wetting her pants to be the most sexually aroused.
Remember, these baby girls didn't pick their sexuality or the way it's wired any more than you did yours. So in fairness to you and her, talk at length about what each of you need sexually before this relationship develops to far.
With enough information, you both will know if it will work. Plus at the worst, you each may gain a nice friendship.
