Yes, I think sex can be involved if both of you are comfortable with it. It's not like she's a real child and the thought isn't there that she is.
However, if you're uncomfortable with her being so "young" in ageplay, I'd let her know. Neither you nor her should force doing something you don't want to. It only hurts both of you. You don't have to commit to the first girl who responds to your ad. There are plenty of fish in the sea.
