Hello!
Daddy and I are new to the SF area, but we have joined the Citadel, and I've already met a few really cool littles. I know that the Citadel has had ageplay parties in the past, and one of the littles I met said that it was more of an informal thing versus, an actual scheduled munch. If you are really serious about finding someone I would say it's in your best interest to get out there and meat people. Below I've added a few web address that might be of interest to you.
This is a tribe community for Daddy's and little girls moderated by a San Franciscan. I'm not a member yet, but it might be worth your time.

This is the society of Janus calendar. It's updated constantly with all of the going's on in the SF area. I would check out the whippersnappers munch, as it is for younger peeps 18-40ish and though you might not meet any ageplayers there are bound to be some cool young people!

Now I don't know if you're kinky at all, but the Citadel's Bent play party is for younger folks as well 18-40, and this is where I met a few other cool littles. I don't call out other peoples scene names, but there is one well known SF player(female) who roleplays infant/toddler, and she told me they often attend kiddie movies, build-a-bear etc. as fun little outings with their bigs.

There are tons of groups for the SF area on tribes as well, so I would check those out.
Daddy has been super busy with work, but as soon as things slow down we plan on doing some volunteer work within the kink community hear, so hopefully I will one day be in the know about little goings on, and I can share with the board.
I meant to type all of this up for NurturingSir as I think he may be from the SF area as well, but I was super busy with traveling when he posted his inquiry.
Cheers,
