In my view, I think often times only the simple and self-indulgent things are expressed because that is the limit of the desire; these posters are not seeking partners, but simply to fulfill their desires to express their regressive impulses.
As the the postings you cite, I tend to take them to be examples of the tendency I just mentioned: those who are just out for a quick, online-only yuck, and with little interest (if any) beyond that. Like yourselves, I seek (and try to express) something of a little more depth in my formal profiles.
I'm between partners, now, but that's my bit of change.
