It's just as possible as little girls growing up and I think little girls by their nature are going to grow up, not to be critical towards those of you who have found the 1% of the top 5%. That being said, Bethan's nailed that this is a reflection of a major communication issue in the relationship. "Daddy, can we talk? I'm scared about this." Then state what this is. Without at all seeming demanding or petulant. Speaking as a Daddy, I almost always melt for her when a little girl tells me what is scaring her.
