personally, I do wear 24/7, but I really only need at night. But I don't see anything wrong with it in my eyes, diapers for me are sort of like a security blanket, they make me feel comfy and safe. And wearing diapers 24/7 doesn't interfere with my life in the least actually. But that's just my 2 cents
