Incorrect sir, check your dictionary. "Dungarees" is a word of Indian origin (as in Asian sub-continent not Native American) meaning "piece of clothing that consists of trousers/pants with an extra piece of fabric covering the chest, held up by straps over the shoulders". I may not know denim but I do know that jeans stop at the waist, dungarees have straps and a bib and overalls are incorrectly known as coveralls in the US.
