I do like to wear diapers sometimes. But, like Daddy Adam was saying, not when I'm in the "Daddy" head space. I always used to like wearing diapers, but it wasn't until I met a girl who liked to wear them too that I realised I liked being in the "Daddy" role.
I like the fact that the daddy/little girl play isn't on 24/7 in my relationship. It feels great to be in a regular relationship but with no secrets about fetishes or anything else. I think if our relationship was based solely on the daddy/lg roleplay it wouldn't make sense for me to wear diapers ever. But it's nice to know that every once in a while I can put one on. It can be very relaxing for me sometimes.
That being said, though, I still prefer to put my little girl in diapers and spoil her and spank her when she's naughty (which is just about all the time).
