I'm rather inclined to agree with Emeritus' original reply to your post, however difficult it was to decode. Still, I do think the advice was sound, and might be more broadly taken.
There is truly too much angst in online kink for a number of factors. A few that seem most prevalent to me are the tendency towards dishonest online-only female impersonation (as in trolls, not honest sissies/transgendered ageplayers), the paranoia and identity disclosure aversion that (sadly) many people (especially women) are encourage to consider common sense, and of course, the counterpoint to the dishonest female impersonators, the so-called "horny net geeks" who are simply seeking interactive fodder for their self sex.
Again, Emeritus is right. Those of us who are actually genuinely interested in finding each other would do best to first acknowledge and then overcome the angst created by these factors and others, especially the anxiety and isolation we all seem to feel.
