There are women who like to play at being teenagers and that's ageplay too...as well as playing at various ages between teen and "diaperable".
Finding out how far your girl would like to go may be as simple as asking her...though trying to take her too far may make her more cautious,taking it slow may get her ready to want to go further...you have to find the level that works for both of you.
