Well,punishment needs to teach a lesson...and if Daddy is trying to teach his girl to be more babyish then it needs to be tailored to that goal.It would be not acting babyish enough that provoked the punishment,whether she was spanked,sent to her room without cuddles,made to stand in a corner,or whatever.If it's something she wants to deliberately provoke it's never going to teach the lesson!
