I guess it depends on one's definition of strict, bratty, force, and a several other words.
My daddy likes me to pee my pants then he makes me have a diaper which I also wet. It's no fun if I don't pee on the floor, someone else may say I'm being selfish. My daddy thinks I'm selfish if I don't.
My daddy likes me to give him a BJ sometimes, so I kneel on the floor and do it, but there'll be a puddle when I do.
It all depends on one's definition.
