It makes the sex SO much hotter and the orgasm so much better to play at this level. It's the rare girl who will do this, though, because girls are clean, typically, and poo-poo is not. If you can get past it, though, it's worth the trip. I don't see how anyone could wear a diaper and pee in it, but NOT poop in it when you have the urge to go. Diaper cleanup is much easier than pooping your panties - though I prefer a saggy panty over a non-descript, "what's actually in there, if anything" poopy diaper.
