It's not common among ABgirls and I accept that it takes an enormous amount of trust in the Daddy before a girl could be comfortable in that role...and it's his responsibility to make her feel that comfortable.I expect a relationship would start with her playing a little older until she got settled.(Note that "1 year" sounds vague since it covers all the way up to just before 2,but ideally I like her to play about 10-12 months old).
I desire her to crawl and use babytalk syllables,rather than walk and talk...and it would be a learning experience for both to keep communication within that channel.
Certainly she would be kept diapered and play with toys.She would be spoon-fed and bottle-fed.
I can't imagine it working out in public...for that she can play at being a big girl but keep her diapers on underneath!
