Anna,I almost always wet the bed involuntarily, that is I wet it when I am asleep. However, I must admit that there occasions when I wake up and the central heating is turned off and I am awfully tired and it seems easier to supress the desire to urinate, not get up in the cold and go back to sleep. Well, you can guess what happens. I do go back to sleep, sort of, and when half asleep, do what I needed to do and pee. I am semi-conscious when this happens and it is a warm feeling all over.
