Not having a few months is *precisely* your problem. You are trying to undo something that took a long time to learn, and it *will* take a while, even if you have all day to devote to the work.
Suggestions:
1) tapes (www.dpf.com, for example) will help you achieve your goal.
2) Water is the answer. Drink lots of it, both during the day (particularly in the evening), and just before you go to bed. You will need to pee frequently, including in the middle of the night. Unless you have a lover who also awakes, or are in a sleep lab, pee the bed (or your diaper) when you wake up and need to go. Noone will know whether you woke up, but the bed will be wet, keeping up external appearances.
Note that by water, I mean good-tasting water (Poland Spring is a good brand, your faucet may taste bad), not soda, not fruit drinks, maybe some fruit juice.
3) A moderate amount of alchohol (maybe two pints of beer), coupled with lots of water (say two pints water for every pint of beer) will not lead to a hangover in most folks, and the relaxation may be helpful.
4) Wearing and using diapers around the clock will help you relax to the point where you can ignore the signals coming from your bladder much sooner. This way, your nightly pee in bed will cease to awaken you. This is the part that will take the most time.
5) Practice peeing lying down as if you were sleeping. This will also assist you in ignoring that urge in the middle of the night.
