I have had stress incontinence since birth of third child. I developed a feeling for wearing diapers once I had accepted medical position. After about a year of worryig about it, I decided to rely on diapers rather thanresent them. Urlogist said that people sometimes respond to situation in the way I have.
I just started going in my disposable diapers whenever I felt the urge, stress or no stress. After one month, I culd not trust myself without a diaper on, no matter how close the toilet. After three months, I was genuinely incontinent during the day, wetting automatically. Night time incontinence seemed to take about three months. At first I would wake up then wet, but now I wet most nights. I don't watch fluids at all. I've even got over problem with people knowing. I don't advertise it, but occasioally I've had to say to people 'I've have bladder incontinence'. Life is good!
