My bed was seldom changed every time I wet which was most nights as a child. I would guess on average it would be once or twice a week I would get clean sheets. I just got used to sleeping in a damp and smelly bed which would usually be wet by morning anyway. I found if I didn't mention that I'd wet again although I would have to sleep i the same unchanged bed nothing was said. This became the lesser of the two evils.
