I wet with a diaper on fairly frequently (in bed, but awake lol); I've also wet in the nude on a few occasions and with clothes or p.j.s but no diaper on also. Personally, I prefer either wetting a diaper or wetting p.j.s. Nude wetting isn't bad, but having the clothes or diaper on makes me feel like more of a bedwetter. Plus, the clothes or diaper keep the wetness close to me and I enjoy the physical sensation of that. I'd imagine that it's a little different for everyone, though :-).
