Sleeping in the nude

I've recently gotten into the habit of sleeping in the nude, and I'm loving it. It's so much easier to get to sleep and cooler in the summer.

I'm only a very rare bedwetter (1-2 times a year) and I've never wet while nude. Do any regular bedwetters here sleep in the nude? Is it better than sleeping in a diaper/nappy? Worse?
