Although I wet the bed most nights until I was about 12 years old my mother took me out of nappies when I was about 7 or 8 and after that I just had to sleep in my wetnes. This was something I just got used to. Our district nurse had encouraged my mother to get me out of nappies as she said if I felt wet and uncomfortable at night I would be more likely to stop wetting the bed. It never worked. I'm in my late 40's now and still wet most nights and have no problem sleeping in my wetnes.
