Hi,
I have dreamed of peeing at times but never actually wet the bed at the same time.
However, I did have a g/f soke years ago who told me she was sleeoing with her cousin ( both about 20 at the time ) and that she dreamed she was desperate to pee, dreamt she was sat on the toilet and her mind told her to just go.
She woke up in a wet bed and her cousin was a bit put out but understanding.
We later discussed wetting and she seemed ok with it.
Broke up with her soon afterwards unfortunately.
