As a child was your bed changed every time you wet? If not, was it made, or left open to air dry? Even when diapered, if mine was more than damp in the morning mom washed the sheets. However, on a couple occasions towards the end, I made my bed (wet) in the morning pretending all was fine. To my surprise, beneath the blankets & spread the stain dissipated little and if anything the aroma intensified during the day. Not pleasant the following night.
