Well it happens to me quite often. I wet the bed most nights (i suffer with urge incontinence) and usually i don't notice when i'm doing it, however if I wet shortly before i wake up i often have a 'pee dream' where i dream i'm going. This usually wakes me up. Mostly i'll be dreaming a 'normal' dream and i'll go the toilet, sit down and pee, then mid way wonder why my croth and bum are feeling wet, then i'll wake up. I have also dreamt i'm squatting somewhere, noever on a tree, but other places, usually naughty! I usually feel the urge in my dream, once or twice i have wetmyself in my dream also. i guess it's you brain trying to tell you to get up! In my case, even on the times i wake up with an urge but not peeing, our toilet is far enough away that i'd never make it anyway.
