Have you considered using a Foley catheter? It would be less of a palaver than drinking gallons of beer and tiring out your sphincter - bypass it completely!
It also has a pleasure of its own. ;)
If you like the idea, I advise you research it *thoroughly* and be as sterile as you can. Introducing bacteria to your bladder can lead to some nasty infections, but it may well be safer than what you're doing now.
Once in place though, you could just coil it up inside the nappy/diaper and let the pee flow.
Of course if you have a piercing such as an apadravya, you might not need a Foley catheter. You could make a hole through the external end and thread the jewellery through it to hold it in place.
I happen to have an apadravya myself - I might give it a go.
