That's pretty much how I did it!
Just relax and eventually you'll get an unstoppable gusher.
Just don't go to sleep before that happens though.
So far I have only sleepwet once when I got real drunk and drank alot of iced tea before I passed out (sleeping on my side).
What an amazing feeling it was to wake up soaked and empty! (but hung over, yuk)
Nowadays I barely waken, let loose and go immediately back to sleep.
I guess what really started me on this trip was waking up a few mornings with a very painfully full bladder. I was locked-up so bad, I couldn't even start a flow without straining.
I must have built some super muscular sphincters from holding my pee for hours and hours (I'm pee shy by the way)
I figured I'd rather wet the bed than wake-up in that kind of pain again.
