No, they were not place under my pillow. They were placed on the bed just in front of my pillow. Then the bed covers would be pulled up over them. All you could see would be this lump under the covers in front of the pillow. Most nights I would get a bath when it was time to be in the house for the night or my friends had to go home. After my bath I would get my diaper and pjs on. Then I could stay up for a while longer to play, watch tv or what ever. When I had pin on diapers. They were pinned on a little loose so I could pull them down to go to the bathroom. Then when I went to bed. They would be re-pinned tighter.
